Our Open Commission Plan provides you with options. Most agents will charge you the same fee no matter how your home sells…. even if you find the buyer. Our Open Commission Plan offers you flexibility and benefits that most full-service agents would never dream of allowing. In addition to our flexible commission structure, we offer you a comprehensive marketing plan and our comparative market analysis, which we’ve designed to bring the best price possible for your home. In fact, we’re so confident we can provide you with the highest level of service available that we allow you to cancel your listing if you’re not satisfied. From “full service” to “do-it-yourself”, our program gives you complete control.

An agent from another Brokerage represents your buyer. Our marketing fee is three percent and the other Broker (buyer’s agent) receives a full three percent.

We find your buyer and write the Purchase Agreement. There is no other Broker involved. Our commission is just four percent.

You find the buyer and there is no other Broker involved. We write the Purchase Agreement and coordinate all necessary inspections, title searches, financing options and handle the entire closing process for you. Our commission is just two percent.

You find the buyer and there is no other Broker involved. You don’t want our assistance…YOU PAY NO COMMISSION! A nominal $500 transaction fee is due upon termination of the Agreement

When you list your home with The Open Door Team, you can cancel your listing contract with us at any time. Simply call us and it will be removed from the MLS system within 24 hours.

We stand behind our service and our unique Open Door Selling System. If you’re unhappy for any reason, you are released from your contract with us.
