One comment about Zillow&#039;s big number. Until recently, when some big brokers have starting sending their feed to the site, all listings were manually submitted. This is still an option for most individual agents. The problem is that listing status is on the honor system. If the agent forgets to go back and change the status of a home to pending or sold, the home will continue to show as active. This means that the data isn&#039;t all that reliable, as agents aren&#039;t all that reliable. 

Great comparison. The choices out there are becoming abundantly confusing for the consumer and the agents trying to &quot;be everywhere.&quot;</description>
